Jasmine Scheuermann

The uniqueness of my work? I use spatial audio in my sound and music creations for immersive and innovative projects, mostly for the recording industry and live performance. I also support artists who wish to explore these new listening experiences with their music. I am also a music producer for projects where I am the author, composer, and performer.

A graduate of the Paris Conservatory (CNSMDP), with nearly fifteen years of experience, I have collaborated with institutions such as the Philharmonie de Paris, the Cité de la musique, the Salle Pleyel, and IRCAM, working on often innovative projects ranging from classical music to contemporary music, including jazz and contemporary music.

Passionate about spatial audio, I set up my studio dedicated to the production of immersive and spatialized music. Through this approach, I participate in the development and dissemination of new forms of sound creation, both in the studio and on stage. I define myself as a "scenophonist," a term that reflects my desire to orchestrate sound in space, to offer an immersive and narrative listening experience.

I am particularly interested in the creative potential of music production tools using spatial audio. Thanks to these tools, I explore new aesthetics and ways of creating music on a daily basis. I pay particular attention to coherence, from the conception of the musical project to the live performance, including music production in the studio. My goal is to offer a similar immersive experience for the listener, whether at home or at a concert.

In 2024, I won 2 awards at the Mixage Fou competition for sound creations in immersive formats. This year, I am being mentored in the MEWEM program (Mentoring Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Music Industry) for my immersive music studio project.
