About Jasmine

I'm an independent consultant specialising in learning design, facilitation, and organisational development. I help teams and organisations grow with intention, whether that means designing a learning programme from scratch, facilitating a strategic offsite, or building the onboarding experience that makes new hires feel like they belong from day one.

My career has taken me from Google's offices in Dublin and Zürich to FIFA's global headquarters, to working with Palestinian youth in Lebanon and Jordan through UNRWA. That range has shaped how I work.

I bring the rigour of large-scale corporate programme design together with the human sensitivity that complex, cross-cultural contexts demand.


Some projects I'm proud of: redesigning onboarding at FIFA, rolling out organisation-wide change programmes at Google, building a global train-the-trainer model spanning 40+ facilitators, and delivering leadership retreats and panels that created space for honest, generative conversation. I've also worked in humanitarian settings designing and facilitating training for displaced communities in the Middle East with UNRWA.
