Real estate mediation is used in a particularly sensitive sector where financial, legal, and emotional stakes intersect. Conflicts often concern housing, essential goods, generating significant tensions between parties. I intervene in disputes between landlords and tenants, between co-owners, in neighborhood conflicts, disputes with real estate professionals, or during difficult successions.

Management of rental conflicts, resolution of co-ownership conflicts, neighborhood mediation, and assistance in real estate transactions are areas where my skills are used to serve the parties concerned.

Debt mediation:

Over-indebtedness affects many households facing temporary or long-term financial difficulties. The debt mediator intervenes in a context often emotionally charged where shame, anxiety, and despair can dominate. My role is to build constructive dialogue between debtors and creditors to find viable solutions.

Both fields require excellent listening and communication skills, stress resistance, and solid legal training in the relevant areas. Neutrality and confidentiality are paramount to maintaining the trust of the parties.

These mediations are of major interest for social cohesion by helping to decongest courts, by offering faster and less expensive solutions than legal proceedings. The personalized approach of mediation will adapt to the specificities of each situation, unlike the standardized solutions of the judicial system. This flexibility allows for more satisfactory and lasting results by reducing the risk of conflict recurrence.
