Jasmin Baeumer

A total of 19 years of purchasing experience in international companies, including 13 years with personnel responsibility and the last 5 years reporting directly to management, have comprehensively prepared me for consulting and interim roles.

I am passionate about the continuous optimization of purchasing structures and the associated change management, which I have demonstrated particularly in my last three positions at Bacardi, Mars Petcare, and KAEFER Isoliertechnik. This included employee development, developing and implementing global category strategies, and active supplier management.

The introduction of strategic purchasing processes, ERP systems, spend management tools, savings methodologies, KPI reporting, and the establishment of service centers have played a role in almost all of my positions and have allowed me to develop state-of-the-art processes.

The fact that I have easily switched between and successfully negotiated in industries and product categories ranging from technology, baked goods, beer/spirits, and pet food to materials and services in the construction industry demonstrates my ability to quickly familiarize myself with new subject matter and my ample toolkit to successfully manage teams.
