- Content Specialist: Establishing strategic frameworks, processes, and tools to build a solid content team. Inventorying how content is created and critically defining its scope.

- Content & Communication Manager: Managing a team of content specialists and ensuring strategic frameworks.

- Internal Communication: Contributing ideas for actions, channel strategy, and content calendar. Seeking connection between diverse target groups with relevant themes using means such as internal newsletters, online magazines, events, and direct mailings.

- Project Team New Website: Leading the project team for the delivery of a new website. Coordination and management of the content team, operational delivery of website structure and navigation.

- Team Lead / Content Manager: Managing a team of content creators, social media planning, SEO optimization, blogs, whitepapers, narrowcasting, e-mail marketing, and strategy sessions.

- Webshop Manager: Creating, implementing, and evaluating online promotions and other direct marketing activities.

- App Manager: Delivery of new app, managing categories, product display, and optimization of shopping bag and checkout.

- Marketing & Communication: Creating visibility about the value of KHN for its members. Developing a marketing calendar and designing communications for underlying associations such as KHN Rekenwerk, KHN Advocaten & Juristen, and KHN Ledenvoordeel.

Content Specialist: As a content specialist, I ensure that all product information is displayed on the right channels and to the right target audience. I am responsible for planning, creating, and sharing valuable content on webshops and marketplaces. I do this by connecting software and internal systems to achieve optimal results for each channel. Webshop Manager: As a webshop manager, I am responsible for the further development of the platform and keeping the offerings and prices up-to-date. Setting up promotional campaigns and analyzing reports from the backend. Marketplaces: For marketplaces, I am the point of contact for correctly forwarding content to all our online channels. Optimizing listings, identifying sales trends, and setting up mappings per sales channel.

Content Marketing is about creating content that is valuable to your target audience. Telling the right online story to reach your audience. Not writing what people have to read, but what they want to read. That's the basis. I want to know the story behind a website to respond to the needs of the desired target audience. This can be at the very beginning of a new website or looking into the workings of an existing website, where I can support better positioning through simple adjustments in visuals and text. I find it a challenge that this is constantly subject to change, which suits me well.
