About Jascha

After my commercial training, I started in sales in the construction industry with complex products. Early on, I advised architects, developers, general contractors, and housing associations, accompanied projects, and supervised their implementation. I learned that good sales is more than just selling: it's about understanding customers, developing solutions, and building trust.

In 2019, I co-founded Dream in Green GmbH with my brother. With a starting capital of only €12,500, we were able to grow the company to €1,000,000 in annual revenue within three years. Dream in Green stands for high-quality interior greening, such as moss walls, moss pictures, and real plant walls. Building this company was an intense journey for me with many ups, downs, and an enormous learning curve.

In 2025, the next big step followed with Silentrooms GmbH. Together with other business partners, I founded the company to take over and continue an established business in the manufacturing, sales, and installation of acoustic elements through an asset deal. The previous owner had to give up the company for health reasons and was looking for successors to carry on his life's work and take over the employees.

Today, Silentrooms is primarily active in project business for high-quality interior finishing. Additionally, we are expanding our cooperation with dealers from the furniture industry and also serve end and private customers through our online shop.
