• Suez wanted to strengthen management skills to improve the financial performance of the contract.

• My role was to manage training and lead a cost reduction plan (achieved) in the Paris Sud region by reducing contracts with interactive support between agencies and improving activity control.

• The Frontier mine extracts and produces 10,000 tons of copper per year. It is located in the south of the DRC, in Katanga, on the copper belt, on the Zambian border. It belongs to ERG, a Kazakh company, and is managed by the African headquarters in Johannesburg. The multicultural staff of the mine presented a significant communication challenge.

• My role was to map, understand, and identify areas for improvement, transform key performance indicators, and monitor actions taken by operations management at all levels.

• From a technical perspective, it covered extraction and plant operations, as well as related maintenance. The supply chain aspect also needed improvement due to the mine's isolation.

• Saur is the second largest French company in this field. The objective is to improve the reliability and efficiency of water network facilities by transforming unplanned maintenance into planned maintenance and optimizing labor.

• This involves first collecting data to show communities that facilities are properly maintained, then reducing breakdown or incident costs.

• The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and contract profitability.
