Between people, systems, and forms, I guide ambiguity, overwhelm, and structural chaos, developing clear and sustainable content, programs, and processes from them.

My common thread is mediation: finding the middle ground between positions, especially when they seem irreconcilable. I have deepened my diverse skills throughout my life, enabling me to think interdisciplinarily and make unconventional connections between fields.

Even as a child, I created puzzle games for my siblings. Over the years, my ability to mediate has deepened. I studied Biology, German Studies, and Educational Sciences in Cologne, earning a Master of Education. I have worked as a teacher, researcher, didactician, editorial director, and AI process facilitator, among other roles.

For over ten years, I have also been guiding people through change. I observe my counterparts closely, uncovering their needs, potentials, and desires.

My approach is characterized by scientific didactics, with precise depth and clear language. Logical arguments are heard just as much as diffuse feelings.

I strategically use artificial intelligence as a lever: I develop agent-supported architectures for science, repeatable processes, and scaling, among other things. For my own company, as a service provider, and as an AI mentor.

I see my roles in processes involving sustainable change and structural adaptation, containment, and mentoring. I am particularly comfortable at interfaces.
