Action Assistance 4.0:

Realization of a web-based platform based on new web technologies for assessing working conditions in federal administration. The challenge of the project is to replace the outdated technology for assessing working conditions in federal administration and to introduce a software system for the entire federal administration. Working with different system fields required platform independence and easy installation of the system to be developed. In addition to simplified usability for the users, the solution included online and offline processing of checklists with a synchronization option to a central database, as well as the representation of a complex concept for user roles and permissions. Modularity was implemented through integrated modules and tools.

HKR/RK Portal:

Conception and development of various applications to support business processes in the areas of legal and consular affairs, as well as budget management for the Federal Foreign Office and its foreign missions. These applications together form the HKR/RK Portal. ISB AG was commissioned to create an open-source-based e-government platform together with the Federal Foreign Office, which would serve as the basis for all future applications. ISB AG has been supporting the Federal Foreign Office in the area of portal applications for over ten years, from analysis, conception, development, setup, commissioning, training, and quality assurance.

New Development of Intranet, Homepage, and Archive Portal:

Development of microservices and provision of corresponding interfaces based on Spring technologies for the import, management, and search of finding aids and inventory overviews from various clients.
