As part of the IT Support Technician training, I led a technical track focused on systems, networks, and virtualization, with an advanced level geared towards professional environments.

The training covered Windows Server administration with the setup and management of an Active Directory: user and group creation and management, organizational units (OU), group policies (GPO), rights and access management, client integration to the domain, and security and authentication concepts.

A significant portion was dedicated to advanced Linux, including system administration, user and permission management, services and processes, log analysis, Linux networking, basic system security, and task automation via shell scripting.

The training also covered IT networks in depth: OSI/TCP-IP reminders, IP addressing, DNS, routing, VLANs.

Finally, a dedicated virtualization section allowed for the creation and management of virtual machines, understanding hypervisors, and setting up technical labs to simulate real environments.

The entire training was based on practical case studies, concrete simulations, and a support, administration, and incident resolution-oriented approach to prepare learners for the demands of the profession.
