Since December 2024, in my small business, I have been comprehensively managing real estate on Sylt for owners and tenants who, among other things, do not live on the island. I act as a direct contact person, check and prepare utility bills and WEG (condominium association) statements. I handle dealings with craftsmen, check incoming invoices from trades, insurance companies, etc. Additionally, I manage condominium associations (WEGs) and ensure the smooth running of all management processes and the execution of owner meetings.

As a property manager for Sylter Bank eG, I manage all of the bank's own properties, including mixed-use properties with commercial and residential units, as well as owner-occupied properties. I handle all tenant management, prepare and check statements and rental agreements, coordinate maintenance measures, and independently manage the organizational aspects of the properties. I am also responsible for the management and organization of the bank's vehicle fleet.

In my role as Assistant to Management, I was responsible for supporting construction projects, planning and organizing renovations and maintenance, and coordinating appointments with architects, meter reading companies, and craftsmen. Additionally, I was fully responsible for the management of condominium associations (WEGs), including preparing statements, organizing and conducting owner meetings, and general administrative processes.
