I love my job — and it shows.

For 5 years within a leading, triple-accredited business school, I managed the daily experience of over 1,000 students, coordinated 160 teachers, and led a team of 6 people across 2 campuses. Registrations, exams, bootcamps, tense situations, overflowing schedules: I learned to stay the course, make quick decisions, and turn irritants into solutions.

What makes me different? I'm not a training consultant. I'm a practitioner. Before managing the student experience, I spent 3 years recruiting and convincing — at fairs, through prospecting, at events — with quantifiable objectives to meet. I know what it's like to seek out clients, to win them over, and to keep them loyal. This dual role — acquisition and satisfaction — allows me to manage a project from start to finish: attract, engage, satisfy, and retain.

My motivation: contributing to the success of the people I support — students, candidates, or clients. I believe that behind every process, there is a human experience that deserves to be carefully managed.
