As a videographer and photographer, I still benefit immensely from the time when my technical and artistic foundations were laid: at the renowned Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg. As an assistant in the "Scenic Film" department, I delved deep into the world of professional film production. Knowledge that flows into every one of my image films and photo projects today.

At this training center, I was at the epicenter of creative processes daily. I participated in a variety of student film projects and was an integral part of the team from pre-production to post-production. This direct, practical experience on set taught me precise planning, solution-oriented thinking, and the smooth coordination of a film crew.

Particularly formative was the intensive exchange with all key departments. I was in constant dialogue with directing, screenwriting, camera, lighting, and editing. I learned firsthand how a strong script forms the basis, how lighting evokes emotions, and how perfect timing in the editing room creates the finished film. This holistic understanding is what distinguishes me from a mere camera operator to a true filmmaker.

An absolute highlight was participating in seminars led by renowned directors. Legends like Tom Toelle and Nico Hofmann were present mentors for us. Tom Toelle masterfully conveyed how to stage actions in a visually compelling way. From Nico Hofmann, I learned crucial details about story development and the mechanisms of highly professional productions.

Today, I draw from this wealth of experience with every assignment. When I conceptualize a corporate film or create business portraits, I bring exactly this cinematic standard. I don't just deliver beautiful images; I tell powerful stories.

From TV Cameraman to Corporate Content Expert

In 2004, I successfully completed my training as a Media Designer for Picture and Sound – the starting signal for my career in media production. Immediately after, I was drawn to daily news reporting. As a cameraman, I worked intensively for public broadcasting (ÖRR) and well-known private TV channels for years.

Classic television is a tough but extremely valuable school that allows no delays. It is precisely from this period that my absolute stress resistance originates. No matter how chaotic a set is: I keep a cool head. I learned to adapt quickly to new situations and to capture the decisive moment with certainty – always at the highest visual and technical level.

With the advent of social media, the demand for videos from businesses changed enormously. I recognized this shift early on and broadened my focus. Over the years, classic TV camera work evolved into strategic moving image communication for agencies and companies.

Today, I combine the technical foundation of television with the agile demands of corporate communication. My clients benefit precisely from this combination: They receive visually outstanding images and the absolute reliability of a seasoned professional. Whether it's an image film, a social media campaign, or an event documentation – I deliver accurately, with high quality, and on time.
