I am called into companies when HR and Payroll are no longer functioning reliably or critical situations are building up. When processes are unclear, responsibilities are not being met, or systems exist but do not interact cleanly, pressure quickly builds – both technically and within the team. That's exactly where I come in.

I bring structure to complex contexts, clarify responsibilities, and ensure that Payroll, HR, and adjacent areas become stable and capable of action again. I don't just work operationally, but above all as a controller: I connect specialist departments, maintain an overview, and create clarity where it is lacking.

A significant part of my work is supporting HR and Payroll system implementations. I assist companies in selecting suitable systems, structure the implementation, and ensure that specialist departments, IT, and external service providers work together efficiently. Especially in phases of high workload or when projects stall, I take over the coordination and bring them back in a clear, actionable direction.

At the same time, I stabilize existing Payroll structures – especially when knowledge is missing, processes are not effective, or teams are overloaded. I take on temporary responsibility, participate in decision-making, and consistently see things through to completion.

What sets me apart is the combination of technical depth and a clear view of what is happening beneath the surface. I quickly recognize where structures are not holding up, communication is not working, or expectations are not clarified – and I bring order to precisely these areas.

I work calmly, clearly, and without unnecessary complexity. My goal is to create security, restore reliability, and position organizations so that they continue to run stably even after my involvement.
