I am Jan Block, owner of EPS Efficient Pricing Solution, specializing in pricing strategies, data analysis, and digital process automation for gastronomy, hospitality, and SMEs. Through my operational experience as a Cluster F&B Manager, I am familiar with the daily challenges of an operation as well as the requirements for modern, scalable corporate structures.
