• Gather and analyze business needs

• Scope and write necessary functional design documents in accordance with the methodology (FIXED / variable rate loan offers, in CHF, PTZ, automatic retrieval of bank statements, ECO PTZ, rate grids…etc)

• Propose solutions in compliance with IT architecture rules

• Write documentation (functional specifications, prototype, data mapping, mockups, deployment deliverables…)

• Write User Stories and present them to development teams

• Assist the PO in prioritizing the Backlog for requests and anomalies

• Monitor sprints with the Development Team

• Develop the test strategy, write the test book and acceptance plan, execute tests

• Collaborate with development teams until detected problems are resolved

• Produce the test progress report with the acceptance certificate

• Verify the conformity of functionalities with functional specifications

• Provide Level 4 user support

Design and technical aspects of BDOC technology

• Analysis of needs and technical constraints within the framework of a study or solution design

• Implement evolutions on existing models and corrections

• Respond to homologation team questions during acceptance testing

• Update repositories, technical deliverables (data flow descriptions)

• Finalize evolutions until their deployment on different environments

• Secure the PRE-PROD and PROD deployment on deployment day with the steering team

• Track and report on activity to the team lead

• Act as the technical referent in relation with internal stakeholders

• Manage incident/anomaly tickets: detection, analysis, traceability

Participate in technical specification and solution design phases

Design and develop technical solutions around BDOC technology

Scope: Property & Casualty, Health, Life, HRCI, Eurofil, AFER

• Analysis of needs and technical constraints within the framework of a study or solution design

• Propose solutions adapted to the need, provide cost estimates

• Implement evolutions on existing models and corrections

• Respond to homologation team questions during acceptance testing

• Provide support and manage new requests on the BDOC application (Company's Publishing Solution)

• Perform unit tests on integration before sending to acceptance testing

• Handle daily publishing RUN and maintenance

• Update repositories, technical deliverables (data flow descriptions)

• Finalize evolutions and creations until their deployment on different environments, respecting deadlines set during request prioritization

• Secure the PRE-PROD and PROD deployment on deployment day with the steering team

• Resolve performance issues at the level of existing models by intervening directly if necessary

• Track and report on activity to the team lead

• Act as the technical referent in relation with internal stakeholders

• Manage incident/anomaly tickets: detection, analysis, traceability

• Participate in technical decisions on projects or evolutions based on the proposed technical architecture with other application teams
