Co-led the expansion of Futureworld, a market leading South African based corporate venturing firm, into Europe. My role focused on helping clients understand the forces reshaping their industries, break out of business-as-usual thinking, and design executable strategies to achieve exponential growth. This included translating strategy into action by building and launching game-changing new businesses and offerings at speed. Over an 18-month period, I sold and led growth strategy and value proposition engagements for a range of organisations, including a leading crypto services provider, an aerospace and automotive innovator, an alternative investments platform, a major vehicle finance company, and a leading retail stockbroking and portfolio management business.

Served as a strategic advisor to C-level executives at Tier 1 banks across Portugal, Slovenia, Bulgaria, and Saudi Arabia. Led the delivery of multiple large-scale digital transformation and re platforming programmes, including the end-to-end build and launch of a new digital bank in Saudi Arabia, with accountability for strategy, execution, quality, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes. Acted as a trusted partner in shaping Backbase's Engagement Banking Platform strategy, defining KPIs and milestones, and aligning digital roadmaps to measurable commercial value. Built and developed high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams through active mentorship, leadership, and talent development.

Led Deloitte Netherlands' Venture and Proposition Design practice, growing the team from 40 to 65 FTE and establishing it as a core capability within the consulting business. Owned and scaled the Venture and Proposition Design market offering, which became a key revenue stream for Deloitte Netherlands Consulting. Served as Market Gravity Lead for Deloitte Netherlands, driving the integration of new methodologies into Deloitte's traditional delivery model. Built and launched multiple new digital businesses, including a financial fitness platform for APG that remains live and scaling, and a fully digital commercial lending business for Rabobank that continues to grow. Led several large-scale digital transformation programmes across banking and insurance, including Rabobank, ABN AMRO, and NN.
