I am a certified kinesiologist from the Ecole de Kinésiologie et Méthodes Associées (EKMA). I see clients at my office (Nice Libération) and travel by bike for home appointments in Nice. Kinesiology is a support method aimed at restoring balance in physical and psycho-emotional areas, both in personal and professional life. It helps release stress and discomfort resulting from stressful events: moving, bereavement, job loss, separation, or any other life upset. I also develop services for companies and their employees' well-being.

Working in the Innovation as a Service team, providing innovation consulting services to customers and internal business units. I am in charge of:

- designing and animating tailor-made innovation workshops such as ideation workshops or Design Sprints (Google methodology)

- conducting customer needs analysis and market research (customer interviews, state of the art analysis...)

- coaching or project leading early stage concepts in problem solution fit (prototyping, market testing...) in collaboration with business unit, customer and partners

- testing and deploying new best practices in innovation management/ consulting

Working as Innovation Specialist in the Innovation Engagement Team in Amadeus Sophia. The team provides processes, tools, mentoring, oversight, promotion, and external outreach to develop a more innovation-oriented culture and be viewed as the leader in innovation in the travel industry. I'm in charge of:

- defining the Innovation framework processes,

- driving alignment and adoption of innovation framework across the organization,

- delivering the Corporate Innovation tools (incubation platform, templates, etc.),

- setting up corporate innovation training,

- mentoring key innovation projects,

- bringing technical support and mentoring at innovation events (hackathons, EIA, ...). Plus other occasional missions like Dow Jones Sustainability Index questionnaire management (innovation section)
