James Machu

I combine my knowledge of the corporate world with my psycho-corporeal techniques from kinesiology to offer personalized services to companies, which help promote well-being at work. I also offer innovation consulting services to partners.

I am a certified kinesiologist from the Ecole de Kinésiologie et Méthodes Associées (EKMA). I receive patients in my office (Nice Libération) and I travel by bike for home appointments in Nice. Kinesiology is a support method that aims to restore balance in the physical and psycho-emotional domains in both personal and professional life. It helps to release stress and discomfort resulting from stressful events: moving, bereavement, job loss, separation or any other inconvenience of life. I also develop services for companies and the well-being of their employees.

Working in the Innovation as a Service team, providing innovation consulting services to customers and internal business units. I am in charge of:

- designing and animating tailor-made innovation workshops such as ideation workshops or Design Sprints (Google methodology)

- conducting customer needs analysis and market research (customer interviews, state of the art analysis...)

- coaching or project leading early stage concepts in problem solution fit (prototyping, market testing...) in collaboration with business unit, customer and partners

- testing and deploying new best practices in innovation management/ consulting
