End-to-end management of data analytics platform delivery for the energy sector (BP group). Main client contact for a service valued at over $300M in business impact. Governance of data science, engineering, and finance workstreams; framing and delivery of data consulting projects. Managed the MLOps pipeline automation program and Kubernetes deployments via CI/CD, and managed the critical backlog for on-time, on-budget delivery of the LYTT platform.
