• In collaboration with different teams for various and varied needs for the accounts of various SAFRAN entities.

• Coordination with RUN teams (in project mode) International side:

• For the framework of the migration of the various LEGACY domains to the 3-tier Active Directory, we are setting up several discovery workshops with the Product Owner and the RA to jointly prepare the migration of their so-called application servers.

• QUID on their roles and operations of the applications, the necessary rights (AD security groups, listing of shares, listing of ports, database, SSL certificates, roles). Process Improvement Side:

• Implementation of Powershell scripts to facilitate so-called redundant and tedious actions, such as taking an inventory of all access rights of service accounts, retrieving scheduled tasks or moving the computer object from domain A to domain B

• Updates and/or creations of procedures for transmitting the necessary skills to the team to better onboard new reinforcements. Support Side:

• Resolution of level 2 and 3 incidents

• Reporting.

• Solutions on blocking points.

Taking charge of several projects (in hybrid mode): In collaboration with different teams for various and varied needs for the accounts of CA-GIP, CASA, RCP and CMP. Coordination with RUN teams in Singapore (in project mode) CACIB Side (Newly CAGIP):

Reinforcement intervention on the RADAR part, the CFT and PRISM flows. Management and supervision of tools that are intended for customers (traders) who manage financial fluctuations. CASA Side (Parent Company):

In collaboration with project managers, replacement of DevOps and coordination of MCO, Mainframe and MOE teams for major and blocking incidents RUN Management Several on-call interventions on an important MEP for the RADAR project We encountered difficulties where we had to make some modifications and resolve problems live. The MEP ended correctly with some points of improvement that we raised later and to better prepare for the next ones. Preparation of needs, more flexible coordination, more dispatched version planning
