The purchase amount is not paid immediately by the customer via another payment method, but is rather added to their next phone bill (SMS+, Transport, Stores, Donations, Ticketing, other merchants)

• Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of IT projects, from requirements analysis to final delivery, respecting deadlines and allocated budgets.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their needs, then translate these requirements into technical specifications.

Orange Money Project: Redesign and evolution of the Orange Money mobile application to handle money transfers and mobile payments offered in most African and European countries.

- Project management, monitoring project progress within deadlines.

- Lead the development of the Orange Money Europe application and its evolutions, as well as backend development as an interface with Marketing.

- Act as a technical Product Owner within the agile team.

- Coordinate technical projects with technical stakeholders (architects, partners, development teams, operators, etc.).

- Make commitments to the business (scope, deadlines, quality).

- Present project progress to the management and governance team.

- Manage the action plan for the Build to Run transition.

- Facilitate AGILE rituals and team meetings.

- Manage the JIRA ticketing tool.

STELLANTIS Project – Country Sites (Peugeot, Citroën, DS):

• Project leadership and facilitation, ensuring interface between stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with service requirements and quality according to SLAs defined with the client.

• Daily monitoring of project progress and management of quality, cost, and deadlines.

• Track project milestones and adjust planning/resources based on needs.

• Develop deployment packages according to the environment.

• Ensure updating of dashboards and project-related reporting. Extract KPIs from JIRA/AWS/RIGOR.

• Ensure consideration, customer support, and resolution of various issues.
