Management and governance of a portfolio of approximately 20 business applications in a complex public environment, with a transverse role of Product Owner and coordination of business, technical, and external stakeholders. Management of the product lifecycle and IT evolution scoping: definition of objectives, functional scope, roadmap, planning, budget, and risk management. Contribution to the definition and prioritization of business needs in relation to user value and IT constraints. Implementation and facilitation of project and product governance (project committees, steering committees, executive reporting). Monitoring and tracking of performance indicators (quality, deadlines, availability, user satisfaction). Contribution to the rationalization and modernization of the application landscape. Management of contracts and contribution to public procurement procedures (needs assessment, CCTP, DPGF). Consideration of security, GDPR compliance, and service continuity issues in product choices and evolutions. Change management and support for user adoption of solutions.

Scoping the need with business departments. Feeding and prioritizing the backlog based on desired product value. Communicating about the project in various project monitoring committees (steering committees, project team, business, etc.). Project monitoring in agile methodology (team: 10 developers, an architect, a tester, and a UX designer). Facilitation of agile rituals: Planning, Grooming, Demo. Organization of technical and functional workshops by theme. Supervision of the acceptance phase until go-live. Training business departments on platform usage. Technical Environments: Angular. •Alimenter et prioriser la backlog en fonction de la valeur produit souhaitée.

•Communiquer autour du projet autour des différents comité de suivi du projet ( Codir, équipe projet, métier,…)

•Suivi projet en méthodologie agile ( équipe : 10 développeurs, un architecte, un testeur et un UX.

•Animation des rituels agiles : Planification, Grooming, Démo.

•Organisation d’ateliers technico-fonctionnel selon les thématiques.

•Superviser la phase de recette jusqu’à la mise en production.

•Former les métiers à l’utilisation de la plateforme.
