Design and management of a conversational medical AI assistant for doctors, aiming to provide reliable, contextualized, and traceable answers on specific pathologies and treatments, within a strict regulatory framework.

This project transformed an AI exploration phase into a concrete and testable product, ensuring the reliability of answers, reducing hallucinations, and aligning with business needs. My role was key in moving from innovation to an industrializable product foundation, intended for generalization after medical validation among a target community of ~200,000 doctors.

This modernization contributed to an estimated +30% increase in revenue, while improving customer experience and laying the foundation for a scalable infrastructure capable of eventually hosting intelligent LMS and AI experiments to foster autonomous learning.
