space22 is a space where people can work with self-efficacy, grow with self-determination, and be self-confident. People at the center. What we do to earn the necessary money comes second. Currently, it's consulting software development, because we are really good at that. Our primary product and our purpose is the company space22 and thus the space it creates for the Space Crew!

Everything started with Holderbaum GmbH. My wife and I became self-employed as a small management consultancy. Holderbaum GmbH now manages four different brands and ventures. This allows us to follow our heart's desires and create spaces for people where sustainable change becomes possible.

Think About! is a two-day conference about technology, design, and their societal impact. We have planned and organized two major conferences and dozens of community events under this name. In 2020, this came to an abrupt end when we had to cancel our second conference after a year of planning due to the outbreak of the global pandemic. A severe blow, many years of work were swept off the table in one fell swoop. However, after some healing and reflection, it was clear what remained: a wonderful network of great people and companies with whom collaboration and being together is a real joy.
