Organization and monitoring of packaged or bulk lubricant deliveries in France and Benelux. Physical and IT logistics monitoring of customer orders in coordination with various sales departments. Daily monitoring and reconciliation of stocks between the central warehouse and secondary sites. Manage internal customer, transport, and storage provider complaints. Monitor anomalies and improvement plans (quarterly transport meetings with occasional site visits). Pre-invoicing for carriers and validation of ancillary costs and allocations. Establish and disseminate indicators to carriers with reference to contractual objectives (delivery times, digital information return rates, etc.).
