ING-Direct Mortgage Management Center. Functions:

- Coordinator of a team of 20 people. Planning and task assignment.

- Daily monitoring and control of operations. Analysis and identification of needs, achievement of objectives, and compliance with deadlines.

- Incident management and conflict resolution: stakeholders, notary, developers, bank, etc.

- Legal, tax, and mortgage business advice.

- Constant communication with the bank, management, and other departments. Achievements: I led/coordinated a team that formalized over a thousand mortgage operations per month in some periods, which was recognized by the bank through an increase in the client portfolio, and therefore, in revenue and profitability for the Project.
