I’m Jad, based in Dubai, and I’ve spent the last eight years helping companies of all sizes and across different industries go through real digital transformations here in the region.

I’ve been running my own company, so I’ve done the whole journey myself: finding and qualifying opportunities, running discovery, designing and demoing solutions, leading implementations, and then staying close to customers for support, upsells, and long‑term roadmap discussions. That’s given me a very commercial view on top of the technical work.

I’ve also built and managed teams, and a big part of my role has been training consultants to talk to client stakeholders and focus on business impact, not just features. So today I see myself as a senior, customer‑facing partner who can sit between sales, technology, and the client’s leadership and make sure complex transformations actually land.

And in this digital era, I believe business leaders have to stay ahead of modern tech and industry tools to avoid falling behind, which is exactly where I like to operate.
