At Mentally Fit South Africa, a company working with large organizations and international leaders, I developed a communication approach designed for demanding environments: clear messages, controlled tone, content focused on leadership and performance, formats adapted to LinkedIn and the standards of large companies.

This experience allowed me to shape a more refined approach to community management, combining storytelling, credibility, and brand identity. Today, I use this expertise to help my freelance clients build a professional, coherent, and truly impactful digital presence.

I held the role of Community Manager for JOYA, a tea room with a modern, lifestyle-oriented positioning. In this environment, communication required a more visual, current, and trend-focused approach.

I developed a coherent editorial line, a lighter and more accessible tone, and content designed for various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. The goal: to enhance the tea room's universe, strengthen its brand identity, and create a digital experience aligned with what customers experience on-site.
