My experience spans Tier 1 environments and the problems I am typically engaged to solve include: organisations growing faster than their infrastructure can support; leadership teams lacking the visibility, reporting and management disciplines to make confident decisions; governance frameworks that exist on paper but have not been embedded in practice; and operating models that need redesigning to reflect a new phase of scale, ownership or strategic ambition.
