Explore and evaluate opportunities for optimizing energy procurement and consumptionThe challenge:With 15,000 managed sites and the ongoing deployment of Linky meters, SAUR is simultaneously considering a global electricity procurement strategy and actions to reduce consumption—facing a multitude of opportunities and a wide diversity of offers.Our approach:Bilateral discussions and workshops with stakeholders (Procurement, Business Units, IT) to identify data/IT systems and target opportunities, followed by data retrieval and exploration, opportunity assessment, and a prioritization workshop—a study, consulting, and support mission (1 month) for the Procurement department.The result:Evaluated and prioritized savings potential across all functionalities: approximately €1.1 million/year and 170 days/year of time saved.
