Context:
SNCF Réseau wishes to overhaul its IT system for managing French railway track gauge inventory. Under the Directorate General of Industry & Engineering (DGII) as a business expert and the Directorate General of Digital (DGNUM) as a manager, my mission was to take a project with a significant legacy, deploy it in production (first go-live), and ensure its long-term viability (security, quality, and knowledge capitalization).

Design in collaboration with a business expert and development of complex features from scratch up to production deployment.
Development of a daily batch ingestion procedure that pulls raw data from an Azure Data Lake with an ingestion rate of over 90%.
