As part of the development of a budget execution application, I acted as Product Owner within a team of 15 people. The application, intended for 6000 Ivorian state agents, was developed using the agile Scrum methodology.

Context: Within the IT Department's Studies division, I held the position of Scrum Master / Product Owner for housing promotion web projects and business tools, whether in a Design/Build or Run approach (e-commerce site redesign, online booking/payment, Infime 3D configurator, development of a new HBO back-office, evolutionary maintenance on the VISA CRM…).
