Most recently, as Head of Ecommerce & Operations at Strapido, I led a 35-person cross-functional team spanning Operations, CRM, Data, CRO and Marketing. I launched a new Shopify brand in just 3 weeks, recovered a stalled ecommerce project in 2 weeks, delivered +25% DTC growth and generated approximately £2M in operational savings through warehouse transformation and procurement optimisation.

At Vilgain, I led a large-scale customer operations turnaround, reducing response times from 50+ days to 2 business days within 3 months, recovering approximately £500K in missed reimbursements and improving customer retention by around 25%.

Prior to that, I worked at Gymshark during a period of rapid international growth, supporting operations across multiple markets and contributing to +20% DACH revenue growth within a £300m+ DTC business.
