In my role as Growth & Performance Marketing Expert at Menta Global, I managed international key accounts in Performance Marketing, focusing on B2B and B2C business models, particularly in the FinTech, InsurTech, and app-based digital services sectors.

I was responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and scaling of multi-channel paid media setups across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Apple Search Ads.

The focus was on scalable lead generation, app user acquisition, performance optimization along the entire funnel, and the sustainable increase of efficiency, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Additionally, I advised clients on a strategic level regarding channel mix, budget allocation, tracking setups, and growth strategies.

In my role as Performance Marketing Consultant for a digital insurance provider, I was responsible for the strategic setup and initialization of the German Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, including campaign structure, keyword setup, tracking, and budget management.
