I built an integrated platform consisting of:

A modern, conversation-oriented website with online reservation and ordering system
An advanced AI Voice Agent (“Lynn”) that handles all phone calls fully autonomously (orders, reservations, inquiries)
A real-time CRM + management dashboard for the operator

The system allows the owner to adjust all data live via the dashboard (menu, prices, opening hours, holidays, etc.), which are immediately reflected on both the website and the AI Voice Agent.
