Responsible for Capex controlling for Retail Switzerland with an investment volume of approx. CHF 40 million annually. Steering and monitoring of the budget and forecast process as well as checking and approving investment requests. Initiation and implementation of efficiency measures in the investment process through best practices to optimize economic efficiency and profitability.

Risk management in projects through early risk identification, development of countermeasures, and ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements. Active support of audits.

Functioning as a sparring partner for expansion and construction – including support for tenders and creation of business cases. Close cooperation with purchasing, facility management, IT, and other operational units to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsible for analyzing point-of-sale performance with a focus on revenue, costs, and efficiency. Close cooperation with national sales managers to derive and implement optimization measures.

Conducting ad-hoc analyses to react to market changes, e.g., by adjusting opening hours. Participation in the further development of reporting structures to increase transparency and efficiency. Responsible for central cluster reports for operational steering.
