Hello, I'm Iven.

I live as a calligrapher and professional brand fetishist in the comfortably grimy Berlin-Schöneberg. I was born in Magdeburg, am a born doer, and studied "Wasmitmedien" (something with media) in Potsdam and Istanbul. Even "Wasmitinhalt" (something with content) in Graz. But "Wasmitmathe" (something with math) or "Wasmittechnik" (something with technology) are as foreign to me as the homeland of my ancestors. Therefore, I know how to make beer disappear best...

I learned how beer appears best at a luxury design agency in Hamburg, whose expertise I tapped into for a bachelor's thesis on Germanic beer design. In my master's thesis, however, I researched the different approaches of text experts. The tactics of professional word-smiths are also readily available to everyone else.

Half designer, half typewriter, I now design and write primarily for brand and corporate identities in the areas of sports, music, culture, and food and beverages, teach branding in Brandenburg, and as a specialist and disruptive author, I write a lot about liquids, rarely about the superfluous.
