✓ Implement business relationship management practices, restructure or build IT organizations, and deploy key processes and project management frameworks — with rigorous KPI monitoring to measure performance.

✓ Lead the deployment of critical systems and platforms across business divisions, ensuring adoption and operational continuity.

✓ Promote innovative IT solutions arising from existing processes and new opportunities — Cloud, AI, and sovereign infrastructures designed for long-term independence and resilience.
