Ivan Rimbaud

Hello, I'm Ivan Rimbaud. My background is that of a developer who became an entrepreneur and then a leader.

After business training at Oxford Brookes, enriched by exchanges in Melbourne and Bangkok, I took a tech turn: full-stack bootcamp at Le Wagon (Rio, 2017), then nearly three years as a Ruby on Rails developer at Ayelight, a Parisian startup. At the end of 2019, I created Halte Nuisibles, a 3D services SME (pest control, disinfestation, disinfection) based in Île-de-France and Grand Ouest, with public contracts for social landlords and local authorities. I have been leading it since then, and I chair the Communication Commission of PROSANE, the national professional association for the sector.

Faced with the outdated business software that was imposed on us, I took back the keyboard to build the tools we needed. Custom field ERP with touch signature and geolocation, client portals for social landlords, AI automations for prospecting and documentation. This dual culture (developer and leader) is rare and that's precisely what makes me valuable.

Today, I support other SME leaders, professional federations, and business software publishers who are experiencing the same frustrations. You have a paper process that wastes your teams' days. Software that you endure more than you use. An AI project that you can't get off the ground. I design like someone who has lived the problem, not like someone who reads a brief. I estimate, I deliver in weeks rather than quarters, remotely, a single point of contact.

Types of missions I take on: technical audit and scoping (3 to 5 days), design and management of a business tool from A to Z (4 to 10 weeks), integration of AI agents and documentary pipelines, fractional CTO for an SME that wants a technical referent without hiring.
