For 3 years, I led a team of over 60 professionals driving continuous improvement in the ATM market, including:
• Business Intelligence (BI) strategy and development for the complete management of the operational technical management of the market (with Power BI and Python), providing insights on tasks, times, planning, and SW status.
• Cybersecurity management, achieving 27001 and high-level ENS certifications during my tenure.
• Strategy and development of market DevOps processes.
• Development and definition of automation tools to support market development and testing processes.
• Implementation of knowledge management solutions (using JIRA, Confluence, and automation with Python and Power Automate) and creation of an associated culture. Previously: I spent over 15 years leading teams of 10 to 40 people in development, engineering, and automated testing, particularly in monitoring, control, recording, and data exploitation in Air Traffic Management projects. As a notable achievement, I autonomously developed and implemented (as part of improving my teams' management processes) a comprehensive Power BI solution for software quality tracking, which included monitoring changes, anomalies, test status, team velocity, progress prediction, and tracking and control of acceptance criteria for each activity. This solution was adopted as the BI standard for the entire Indra ATM market under my supervision.
