Iván López Rodríguez

Social project consultant at CAF Gestió, psychologist specializing in the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychosocial programs focused on children, families, and community mental health. I support organizations and administrations in creating more accessible, evidence-based, and relationship-focused services, combining experience in direct intervention, family mediation, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

I collaborate with GESEME by supporting psychosocial research projects and as a trainer in emotional management. I design and deliver workshops to improve well-being in work environments, focusing on skills such as emotional regulation, assertive communication, and stress prevention. I incorporate findings from applied research to tailor interventions to the real needs of individuals and organizations.

Mediator authorized by the COPC for the judicial mediation center of Catalonia. I receive referrals, manage cases with parties, and conduct sessions, both online and in-person, individually or in groups. I handle civil, family, commercial, or community conflicts.
