Technical leadership of 5 teams (over 20 professionals) in defining and deploying the organization's technological architecture. Design of distributed, scalable, and secure architectures for enterprise data ingestion, quality, transformation, and consumption. Establishment of corporate engineering standards: CI/CD, observability, security, operational efficiency, and automated deployment. Collaboration with technical management and strategic stakeholders to define technological vision, priorities, and product evolution.

Technical and operational direction of the Data Engineering area, defining architecture, standards, and internal best practices. Building scalable platforms on GCP, focusing on security, performance, and cost optimization. Leadership of the engineering team and coordination with business stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap and strategic needs. Development of high-impact integration, automation, and analytics solutions for the organization.
