At Huggii agency, I was responsible for the development and delivery of complex and high-performing e-commerce solutions. My approach is centered on total customization, ensuring fast and scalable platforms.

Key achievements:

E-commerce Platform Development: Design and implementation of 12 complete websites, with an absolute priority on performance (Core Web Vitals) and conversion funnel optimization.

Interoperability & Data: Development of 6 ERP connectors enabling bidirectional synchronization of critical data flows (inventory, orders, logistics) between third-party systems and web interfaces.

Infrastructure Management: Configuration and deployment of VPS servers for hosting specific projects, including the security and optimization of production environments.

Technical Quality: Implementation of clean code architectures, without using templates, to offer maximum maintainability to clients.

Promoted to Technical Director, my mission is to drive Huggii's technological strategy while overseeing the quality of all the agency's deliverables. I bridge complex business needs with structuring technical choices.

Technical Vision Leadership: Selection of technological stacks, definition of development standards, and ensuring the scalability of solutions offered to clients.

System Architecture & DevOps: Advanced server infrastructure management. I oversee the setup, configuration, and monitoring of VPS clusters to ensure high availability and optimal data security.

Flow & Integration Expertise: Technical referent for projects involving automation and interconnection of complex information systems (E-commerce / ERP / CRM).

Client Support: Strategic consulting during pre-sales and design phases to transform business challenges into efficient and sustainable technical solutions.
