Gino Spa is a large automotive group operating multiple premium car dealerships, with annual revenues exceeding €200M.

In my role, I designed and built the business intelligence and reporting framework from scratch, supporting management decisions across sales, operations and finance. Before my work, reporting was largely manual and Excel-based, with limited automation and standardization.

I was responsible for monthly management reporting, including margin analysis for vehicle sales, parts and workshops, monitoring general expenses, personnel costs and operational performance. I also supported preliminary financial close activities, ensuring data consistency and reliable figures for internal reporting.

I developed Power BI dashboards, automated reporting processes and structured data models that centralized data, reduced manual work and provided a clear, consistent view of business performance.

This experience strengthened my ability to work with real business data, understand financial and operational drivers and deliver reporting solutions that are practical, scalable and easy to use.

I worked as an accountant responsible for recording invoices related to expenses, overheads, and vehicle purchases from the parent company across multiple brands. In this role, I ensured the accuracy of accounting operations and supported cost monitoring activities. I collaborated with the team to verify financial data, maintain organized records, and contribute to reliable internal reporting. This experience helped me build a strong foundation in accounting processes, data accuracy, and cost control.

Earlier in my career, I worked in an accounting firm managing the bookkeeping of multiple companies across different industries. This role involved recording invoices, handling daily accounting entries, and supporting the preparation of financial statements. Working with various clients helped me develop strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a structured approach to financial information. This experience provided a solid foundation in accounting principles, consistency, and disciplined financial processes.
