With over 20 years of experience in IT, I had several lives before IT: in tourism, teaching, catering, and the non-profit sector. Underlying this journey are a sense of service, versatility, and proven adaptability on both technical and human levels.

Why me?

+ I have dual experience (4 years in IT consulting firms and 16 years in a mid-sized company) and therefore a keen understanding of the business and operational challenges of an IT department, whether in project mode or production.

+ I help you identify and then address areas for improvement: technological debt, security, ITIL compliance, setting up documentation repositories (DAT, DEX, DI, instruction sheets).

+ I support you in setting up outsourcing contracts: IaaS, Service Desk.

+ I can be involved from the project phase through to the operational phase.

My strengths:

+ Versatility: from Agile project management to server racking in a Data Center.

+ Adaptability: I have experienced interculturality during 4 years spent abroad (Niger, Gabon, Spain, and Chile). My assignments in IT consulting firms have also led me to work with SMEs/mid-sized companies and large corporations in the industrial, pharmaceutical, and service sectors.

+ Pedagogy: my academic background has allowed me to validate a natural aptitude for sharing and transmitting knowledge, initially in teaching, and later in IT (support activities, technical training, procedure writing, tutoring).

+ Stress resistance: accustomed to best-effort work, time/budget constraints related to project deployment, and crisis situations related to IT system infrastructure malfunctions.
