My objective in a few words:

Senior management controller with 10 years of experience, I undertake freelance missions to provide operational financial expertise where you need it – without the constraints of permanent recruitment. My goal: to give you a clear vision of your business, to make your data reliable, and to free up your time so you can focus on your core business.

I address your specific issues: budget construction, reporting and dashboards, closings and variance analyses, forecasting, tool automation, or investment monitoring. My deliverables are always structured, documented, and immediately usable by your teams.

What distinguishes me is the diversity of my experiences – across sectors, structures, and positions.

I have worked in banking (BNP Paribas), insurance (AXA), music & media (SPRE), and public broadcasting (Radio France), with scopes ranging from €20 million to over €200 million. I have worked in large international groups as well as in more specialized structures, which allows me to adapt quickly to very different business logics.

I have also held two complementary positions: an external consultant integrated into a client team (ALTEN, MC2i), and then an internal employee. This dual experience makes me operational without a ramp-up period – I quickly understand an organization's codes, I integrate naturally into teams, and I deliver.

Finally, I am a very relationship-oriented person. Management control is a profession of contact as much as of numbers. I have always played a role of facilitator between financial departments and operational teams – I know how to simplify, convince, and engage stakeholders who do not naturally speak the language of finance.
