Over the past decade, I’ve worked across early-stage startups and large enterprises, acting as an embedded partner inside product and growth teams. I’ve led product initiatives, built analytics and decision systems, automated marketing and operational workflows, and helped teams scale without adding unnecessary complexity.

Previously, I co-founded an MVP development agency and worked hands-on across product management, delivery, and operations. Today, my focus is consulting: practical, system-level work that produces real outcomes — not slide decks.
