Spent 12 years as CTO at a logistics company, building all digital infrastructure from scratch. Most recently was Head of Development on an international e-commerce platform covering 25+ markets — multi-currency, automated order pipelines, AI chatbots, complex payment integrations.

I over-communicate. You always know what I'm working on and when it'll be ready. I deliver a working first milestone fast — something you can show, test, or demo. I read your spec before asking questions. I come prepared.
