In this role, I have taken on a global view of projects, combining functional and technical analysis to translate business needs into viable and well-designed solutions. I actively participate in defining architecture, review key technical decisions, and ensure that the software not only works but is also maintainable and scalable.

I regularly work with clients to understand their real needs (not just what they ask for), help estimate functionalities and improvements, and collaborate closely with the team to plan work realistically. Additionally, I perform code reviews and provide continuous technical support to developers, acting as a technical reference for complex doubts or problems.

As project manager, I have led teams of up to nine people, handling both planning and work allocation, as well as resource management. My role has been to ensure the team always had clarity on priorities, timelines, and objectives, removing blockers and providing technical support when necessary.

I have been the direct point of contact with clients, participating in analysis meetings, estimating new functionalities and incidents, and translating those needs into concrete tasks for the team. I have also driven the implementation of agile methodologies, fostering a more organized, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented way of working, in addition to performing code reviews to maintain software quality.

During this time, I have worked directly on the design, development, testing, and review of web applications, participating in the entire software lifecycle. I have developed new functionalities, fixed issues, and collaborated on the evolution of existing systems, always focusing on product quality and stability.

In addition to programming, I have provided technical support to colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping to solve complex problems. I have participated in code reviews and in the continuous improvement of the development process, contributing technical judgment and a practical vision based on daily experience with software in production.
