Application designed for an air conditioning company, based on an AI agent, which helps technicians in their day-to-day tasks by consulting error codes for the models they work with and the necessary steps to resolve them.

Worked on researching a new feature that would allow clients to download reports in Excel, designing an efficient algorithm using Apache POI. Gained experience with agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Learned about integrating code and writing it clean and maintainable.
